Scope
This privacy policy applies only to this Caravano marketing website. Online stores run by vendors on the Caravano platform are separate websites. Those stores may collect different data and publish their own privacy notices.

Depending on how this website is used, we may collect:

- Vendor signup account and store details
- Messages sent to the marketing chat assistant

Contact forms
Contact-form submissions are used only to respond to the enquiry. Messages are typically delivered by email via Resend.
Newsletter
Newsletter sign-ups store the email address in our database (Neon/Postgres) until unsubscribed or removed. The address is used only for the requested newsletter and related operational messages.
Vendor signup and billing
Creating a store collects account and store details needed to provision the store. Platform billing is processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in full on our servers.
Marketing chat assistant
The optional chat assistant sends conversation content to Google Gemini to generate replies. IP address may be used for rate limiting. Do not submit sensitive personal data. Google processes prompts under its own terms.
Cookies and local storage
This marketing website does not set first-party cookies for analytics, advertising, login, carts, or consent storage. Language is chosen via the URL. Theme preference may use browser local storage. See the Cookie Policy for details, including infrastructure providers.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
This marketing website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) for aggregated usage and performance metrics.
